"Felt a little quicker"
I did feel like my speed got a bit better, so that was nice. The agility drills were okay, not amazing or anything, but they felt decent enough...

"Helpful demos, just wish there was a little more"
The exercise clips were clear and easy to follow, and they definitely helped me check my form. I do wish there was a bit more detail in a few spots, kind of like when other programs show... but overall it was useful

"I was hoping this would help ease..."
I was hoping this would help ease my worries about getting injured, but I still felt aches after training. For me, it didn’t really make enough of a difference to feel worth it.

"I tried this program i’m not..."
I tried this program i’m not sure if I’m missing something, but it just didn’t really work for me. I stuck with it consistently for a while and expected to feel or see more of a difference, but the results never really showed up. Some of the workouts felt a little too basic, and I didn’t notice much improvement in my performance. Maybe it clicks better for other people, but for the price, I was expecting more. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Coach support could’ve been better"
I’ll admit the program wasn’t terrible, and the workouts themselves were fine overall. But the coach support was weaker than I expected. A few times I waited a couple days to hear back, and when I did, the replies were short and didn’t really explain much. I guess it was enough to keep going, but when I got stuck I was hoping for a little more guidance.

"I’ve usually been loyal to this..."
I’ve usually been loyal to this brand, so I was hoping this would really help. though, I only gained maybe an inch on my jump, and it didn’t feel like a big enough difference to justify it. Kind of disappointing because I wanted to stick with them, but this one just didn’t really feel worth it for me...

"Kinda pricey for what it is"
It was just okay. The product wasn’t bad, but for the price I expected a little more. Shipping made it even more expensive, which was dissapointing. I might buy again if there’s a good sale, but probably not at full price.

"The layout got confusing fast"
After the first week, I had a hard time following the program. The layout felt a bit all over the place, and I found myself getting confused about what to do next.
